Admin cum Purchasing Executive

Salary: $2,200 – $3,500 per month (based on experience)
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Location: Singapore East

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and office support duties.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier payments.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and administrative records.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and office supplies.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in administration and purchasing is an advantage.
• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred.
