Kitchen Chef

Monthly Salary: UP to $2800 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Multiple Locations

Working Hours: 5 Days | 11:30AM - 9:00PM

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare and assemble burgers and side items according to established recipes and standards

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet operational requirements

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety guidelines

• Monitor ingredient levels and assist in stock management to minimise waste

• Support the supervision of kitchen assistants and ensure standard procedures are followed

• Prepare and deliver orders efficiently, especially during peak service periods

• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure safe and efficient use

• Comply with food safety regulations and kitchen operating procedures

Qualification and Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cook or chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

• Ability to operate grills, fryers, and standard kitchen equipment

• Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently in a high-volume environment

• Good understanding of portion control and food presentation standards

• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
