Automations Engineer (Business Operations)

About the Role

We’re looking for an Automations Engineer (Business Operations) to help us design, build, and scale intelligent automation across the organisation.
This role focuses on using agentic AI, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code tools to eliminate manual work, improve data flow, and enhance how teams operate — across marketing, sales, training operations, and customer service.
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational pain points into automated, reliable, and scalable systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end business automations across departments

• Build and maintain workflows using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, and similar automation platforms

• Develop agentic AI workflows involving multi-step logic, decision-making, and task orchestration

• Integrate internal and external systems using APIs, webhooks, and data connectors

• Automate operational processes such as lead handling, data syncing, notifications, approvals, and reporting

• Work with CRM, ERP, email, messaging, forms, and database systems to ensure smooth data flow

• Improve data accuracy, operational speed, and visibility across business processes

• Document automation logic, workflows, and SOPs for maintainability and handover

• Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and operational friction

What We’re Looking For

• Background in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

• Strong interest in business process automation, AI-driven operations, and system integration

• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or Make

• Understanding of API integration concepts (REST APIs, webhooks, authentication)

• Ability to translate business workflows into logical, maintainable automation flows

• Comfortable working with structured data (tables, spreadsheets, forms, databases)

• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset

• Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Fresh graduates with strong project, internship, or portfolio experience are welcome.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, or the Microsoft ecosystem

• Exposure to agentic AI, LLM workflows, or AI orchestration frameworks

• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar)

• Experience automating CRM, ERP, marketing, or customer service platforms

• Understanding of data governance, access control, and basic security practices
