Technical Professional-Systems Engineer (Principal to Senior Advisor)

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Advisor/Manager to support the identification, evaluation, and implementation of innovative solutions that improve business performance and operational effectiveness. This role will act as a trusted advisor to business and functional teams, bringing expertise in emerging technologies, AI, automation, analytics, and digital solutions. The successful candidate will help translate business challenges into practical solutions, lead pilot initiatives, and guide implementation to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes.

The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on AI expertise, practical implementation experience, and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand challenges and solution requirements.
• Assess and recommend appropriate solutions, including AI, automation, analytics, digital technologies, and process innovations.
• Lead feasibility studies, proof-of-concepts, pilots, and solution deployments.
• Provide subject matter expertise on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Evaluate technology vendors, platforms, and solution alternatives.
• Facilitate technical discussions and workshops with stakeholders.
• Support implementation, user adoption, and change management activities.
• Establish implementation standards, governance, and best practices where appropriate.
• Monitor technology trends and identify new capabilities that can support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Skills are acquired through an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other STEM discipline and 7 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, Digital Transformation, Innovation, Advanced Analytics, or related areas.
• Proven experience leading and delivering AI or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, analytics, cloud platforms, low-code technologies, and digital transformation tools.
• Strong problem-solving and business consulting skills.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional discussions and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and change management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or Industry 4.0 environments.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and cloud-based AI solutions.
• Relevant certifications in AI, cloud platforms, project management, or change management.
