About this job
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP): Process invoices, payments, and track outstanding balances
- Month-end tasks: Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing
- Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank and petty cash reconciliations
- Cash Flow: Prepare weekly cash flow reports to monitor company finances
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or a related field
- 2–3 years of accounting experience (SME experience is a plus)
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g. Infotech)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently in a small-team environment
