Job Description:

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, and HR operations.

• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, work pass administration, and employee confirmation.

• Oversee payroll processing, employee records, leave administration, insurance, benefits, and HR system maintenance to ensure accurate and timely HR operations.

• Coordinate performance management, employee engagement, training & development programs, and salary benchmarking to support organizational growth and employee development.

• Oversee the General Affairs (GA) function, supervise administrative operations, and provide hands-on backup support when required.

• Manage office administration, including office facilities, supplies, vendors, government agencies, grants, and other administrative matters.

• Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, government authorities, service providers, and training vendors on HR and administrative matters.

• Drive continuous improvement by standardising and streamlining HR processes and supporting HR transformation initiatives.

• Partner with management and department heads to provide HR advisory and support business objectives.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 8–10 years of HR experience, including several years in a managerial role.

• Solid experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions.

• Experience overseeing or managing General Affairs (GA) or corporate administration.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.

• Proven leadership and people management skills.

• Hands-on, proactive, and able to support operational tasks when required.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
