BIM Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Construct 3D BIM models and work closely with project teams on drawings.
• Produce civil and architectural 3D model drawings, design works and calculations.
• Provide BIM modeling/CAD drafting and design support.
• Coordinate and manage BIM model, create Revit families and CAD blocks.
• Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers and engineers.
• Ensure the completion of BIM projects in accordance to project requirements and in compliance with authorities’ guidelines.
• Review all work for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage workflows, processes and implementation of BIM projects.
• Knowledge in BIM responsibilities.
• Maintain and perform document control.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in construction sector.
• Minimum 2 years knowledge of BIM and submission standards, hands-on experience for BIM projects.
• Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts.
