我们正在招聘一名经验丰富的Senior Java Backend Developer（Oracle PL/SQL), 负责企业级后端系统开发、数据库业务逻辑设计及系统性能优化。

本职位以 Oracle 数据库开发为核心。候选人必须具备扎实的 Oracle PL/SQL 开发经验，包括 Stored Procedure、Package、Function、Trigger 开发，以及 SQL 性能优化能力，并能参与大型企业系统开发及生产环境（Production Environment）维护。

如主要开发经验为 MySQL、PostgreSQL 或 SQL Server，而缺乏 Oracle PL/SQL 实战经验，将不符合本职位要求。

必须具备

工作经验

• 至少 5 年 Java 后端开发经验
• 至少 3 年 Oracle 数据库开发经验
• 具备企业级系统（Production Environment）开发、维护及问题排查经验
• 具备大型系统开发经验

Java 技术能力

• 熟悉 Java SE / Java EE
• 扎实的面向对象程式设计（OOP）
• 熟悉 MVC 架构
• 熟悉 Spring Framework（Spring Boot / Spring MVC）
• 熟悉 MyBatis / iBatis
• 具备 RESTful API 开发经验
• 具备多线程（Multi-threading）开发经验

Oracle 数据库（核心能力）

必须具备以下实际开发经验：

• Oracle Database

主要职责

• 负责企业级 Java 后端系统设计、开发、测试、部署及维护
• 开发 Oracle 数据库业务逻辑，包括 PL/SQL、Stored Procedure、Package、Function 及 Trigger
• 分析及解决系统缺陷、数据库问题及性能瓶颈
• 优化 SQL 查询及数据库性能，提升系统整体效率
• 开发及维护 RESTful API，并参与系统整合工作
• 使用 MongoDB、ClickHouse 及相关技术支持大数据查询及分析
• 支持生产环境系统，持续优化系统稳定性、性能及可扩展性
• 与产品、测试及跨部门团队合作，确保项目顺利交付
• 根据业务需求承担其他相关技术工作

任职资格

• 计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业本科及以上学历
• 具备良好的分析及问题解决能力
• 工作认真细致，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神

Senior Java Backend Developer (Oracle PL/SQL)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Java Backend Developer (Oracle PL/SQL) to design, develop, and maintain enterprise backend applications, database business logic, and high-performance systems.

This role is primarily focused on Oracle database development. The successful candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development, including Stored Procedures, Packages, Functions, Triggers, and SQL performance tuning. You will also be involved in building scalable backend services, optimizing enterprise applications, and supporting large-scale production systems.

Candidates whose primary experience is limited to MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server without Oracle PL/SQL development experience are unlikely to be suitable for this role.

Must-Have Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of Java Backend Development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Oracle Database Development experience.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise applications in a Production Environment.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise systems.

Java Backend Development

• Strong proficiency in Java SE / Java EE.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Good knowledge of MVC architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot / Spring MVC).
• Experience with MyBatis / iBatis.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with multi-threaded application development.

Oracle Database (Core Requirement)

Hands-on experience with:

• Oracle Database
• PL/SQL
• Stored Procedures
• Packages
• Functions
• Triggers
• SQL Performance Tuning
• SQL Query Optimization

Other Technical Skills

• Experience with Git or SVN version control.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise Java backend applications.
• Develop Oracle database business logic using PL/SQL, including Stored Procedures, Packages, Functions, and Triggers.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve application, database, and performance issues.
• Optimise SQL queries and database performance to improve system efficiency.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and support system integration.
• Support large-scale data processing using technologies such as MongoDB and ClickHouse where applicable.
• Maintain and optimise production systems to ensure performance, stability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Perform other related technical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Language Requirements

• Good written and spoken English.
• Mandarin is preferred to support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, users, and business partners.
