What You’ll Do

• Provide professional advice on spectacles, frames, and optical products

• Deliver outstanding customer service and enhance the shopping experience

• Support store operations and ensure proper inventory management

• Represent the brand as a Brand Ambassador

• Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to store sales performance

• Handle cashiering and in-store payment transactions

• Stay updated on product knowledge and follow company SOPs

What We’re Looking For

• Retail experience is a plus, but no experience is required — training will be provided

• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment

• Good command of English and Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients

• Sales-driven with strong customer service mindset

• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
