TCM Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient appointments
• Dispense medication and assist in certain treatments eg cupping, scraping or physiotherapy
• Maintain good hygiene and daily disinfection and cleaning of clinic
• Ensure compliance to MOH and TCMPB rules and regulations

Requirements:

• Work conscientiously and responsibly
• Treat patients with care , respect and patience
• Team player, good interpersonal skills
• Good communication and customer service skills with willingness to learn new skills
• Basic computer/Microsoft skills
• Chinese required in reading medicine names
