SUPERVISOR

Join our team in a dynamic outsourced project role! We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual to be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth front desk operations and a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all incoming calls and general enquiries in a prompt and professional manner

Attend to walk-in visitors, contractors, and guests, ensuring proper registration and issuance of visitor passes

Record and handle messages, ensuring timely call-backs when required

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services accurately

Coordinate basic administrative support such as arranging maintenance or replenishment of ink cartridges/toners for copiers

Ensure adherence to organization’s procedures, security protocols, and service standards

Maintain a neat, presentable, and well-organised reception area at all times

Any other ad-hoc administration duties as assigned

Requirements:

At least GCE 'O' Level qualification, including passes in English and Mathematics

Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in receptionist/frontline customer service role

Certified in professional and effective telephone handling skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Professional, polite, and customer-oriented

Able to speak English and Mandarin Chinese
4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule. able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends

Requirements

Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma

Work experience- at least one year working experience in related fields
