Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and grow a strong client database

• Conduct comprehensive fact-finding discussions to understand clients’ financial goals

• Evaluate client information to develop appropriate financial strategies

• Provide customised insurance and investment solutions based on clients’ individual requirements

• Build and sustain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and follow-ups

• Offer sound financial guidance while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory and industry requirements

• Proactively engage prospective customers to grow the client base

• Take part in structured training and mentorship programmes to support professional development

• Leverage a proven performance-based framework with stable monthly payouts

Requirements:

• GCE ‘A’ Level with passes

• International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, or

• Polytechnic Diploma awarded in Singapore or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal and networking skills

• Motivated, dynamic, and eager to build a long-term career in the financial industry

• Willingness to network among business associates
