Compliance – Corporate Banking

Job Responsibilities

• Support and monitor compliance with MAS regulations, applicable laws, and internal policies across the Bank.
• Assist with MAS inspections, regulatory reviews, queries, and outsourcing oversight.
• Review policies, new products, and business initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage regulatory updates, assess their impact, and support implementation across the Bank.
• Review customer due diligence (CDD) and support AML/CFT compliance across corporate banking, trade finance, treasury, and financial institutions.
• Manage compliance alerts, transaction escalations, and provide compliance advice to business and support units.
• Provide compliance guidance and deliver AML/regulatory compliance training to staff.
• Support compliance projects, systems enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support the Head of Compliance in overseeing the Bank's compliance function and provide coverage during periods of absence, as required.

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, AML/CFT, or KYC within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements, including MAS regulations, the Banking Act, Securities and Futures Act (SFA), and Financial Advisers Act (FAA).
• Familiarity with banking products and services is an advantage.
