About the Role

Financial Fortress is looking for an energetic, resourceful and confident individual to support our corporate outreach and business development initiatives.

This position is open to both interns and contract-based candidates.

Your main objective is simple:

Connect with the right people → Start conversations → Set up meetings.

You will help introduce our Corporate Wellness Program to businesses and connect our team with key corporate decision-makers such as HR leaders, CEOs, COOs, business owners and department heads.

This is not a typical 9-to-5 role.

We believe in output over hours. You will have the flexibility to organize your own schedule, work independently and focus on achieving agreed objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Research and identify suitable companies and key decision-makers

• Reach out to HR leaders, CEOs, COOs, business owners and department heads

• Introduce our Corporate Wellness Program and generate initial interest

• Start conversations and identify potential opportunities

• Arrange meetings between interested companies and our team

• Conduct outreach mainly through:

  • Phone calls

  • Email

  • LinkedIn

• Follow up with prospects and maintain a simple outreach pipeline

• Work towards agreed outreach and meeting targets

Who We're Looking For

• Confident and comfortable speaking with new people

• Resourceful and able to work independently

• Comfortable reaching out to senior professionals and decision-makers

• Good at communicating through calls, email and LinkedIn

• Goal-oriented and motivated by results

• Interested in business development, sales, entrepreneurship, HR or corporate networking

• Someone who enjoys flexibility and ownership rather than being micromanaged

No extensive experience is required.

Your attitude, communication ability, resourcefulness and willingness to learn matter more to us.

Compensation
