Site Engineer

1. To assist Project Manager in project planning/scheduling by using Microsoft Project or any other project management software that specified in the project specification

2. To manage the project’s drawing office and to prepare workshop drawing schedule

3. To coordinate with architectural, M&E coordinators and sub-contractors in the workshop drawings preparation

4. To liaise with sub-contractors/suppliers on the structural materials proposal

5. To organize and manage in seeking consultant’s approval on workshop drawings and materials proposed

6. To manage in technical documents distribution control to ensure that drawings and other technical information used in the project site are the latest approved copy

7. To organize and carry out self-inspection on all critical stage of construction works, eg. Piling, precast component installation, concreting works, etc. and are satisfied with the quality standard prior to arrange inspection by the consultant’s supervisors

8. To monitor and control sub-contractor/suppliers performance and to ensure works are being carried out according to the time allocated and to the required quality standards

9. To assist Project Manager in preparing progress report, Power-point presentation, etc.

10. All works process is to be carried out in accordance with the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS)

11. To ensure that all WSHE aspects and measures at site are fully complied with

12. Any other duties assigned by your superiors.

Requirement:

Must have Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

Good working attitude

Willing to work on weekend at times

Fresh gradute are welcome

Work site: Holland / Tampinese / Woodland / Tengah
