Dog School Bus Driver & Daycare Assistant

We are building a best-in-class pet services platform in Singapore, spanning grooming, daycare, boarding, and training. As part of our next growth phase, we are hiring Dog School Bus Drivers & Daycare Assistants to help us deliver a safe, reliable, and exceptional experience for both dogs and their owners.

Dog School Bus Driver & Daycare Assistant

• Safely and professionally transport dogs to and from daycare across Singapore
• Start the morning route at 7:00am, completing morning pickups and drop-offs by approximately 10:00–10:30am
• Assist with dog walks, daycare activities, feeding, cleaning, and general dog care for approximately 30–60 minutes after the morning route
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable vehicle and daycare environment
• Have a break during the middle of the day before returning for the 4:00pm afternoon pickup route
• Complete afternoon pickups and drop-offs between approximately 7:00–8:00pm
• Build strong relationships with dogs and their owners, providing a friendly, reliable, and professional customer experience
• Monitor dogs closely and identify any changes in behaviour, health, or wellbeing
• Follow best-in-class pet handling, transportation, safety, and daycare SOPs
• Support the wider daycare team during quieter periods and help maintain a high standard of care
• Opportunity to progress into senior daycare, operations, or leadership roles as the business expands

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with dogs. Previous experience working with dogs, in daycare, boarding, pet care, delivery, or professional driving is a plus.

A valid Singapore driving licence and strong driving record are required.

The role is structured around split shifts: approximately 7:00am–10:30am and 4:00pm–7:00/8:00pm, with a substantial break in the middle of the day.
