You will represent and promote established brands through face-to-face marketing, engage potential customers to build genuine connections, and support business growth while developing your sales, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business

• Identify and engage new customer opportunities to generate leads and acquire customers
• Present products, services, and campaigns clearly to customers to support sales growth
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets through effective customer interactions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs and recommending suitable solutions
• Support business expansion and market growth through proactive sales activities

Marketing & Branding

• Increase brand awareness and market presence by representing established brands and organizations
• Execute face-to-face marketing campaigns to promote brands through direct customer engagement
• Communicate brand messages effectively to introduce campaigns to new target audiences
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support marketing events and roadshows

People & Communication

• Engage and communicate confidently with diverse customers to build rapport and deliver brand presentations
• Develop strong communication and negotiation skills to provide a positive customer experience
• Collaborate closely with a driven sales and marketing team to achieve shared goals

Progression / Leadership

• Learn sales and marketing fundamentals through ongoing coaching and development
• Develop leadership and team management skills by mentoring new team members as you progress
• Assist with training and team development, taking on greater responsibilities based on performance
