MILLING MACHINE OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate various machines, including but not limited to lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition.
• Inspect finished products for defects and perform quality control checks.
• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and machines.

Requirements：

• Vocational or technical training in machine operation or a related field.
• Related experience in machine operation or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
