Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Transformation & Advisory Lead

Short Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Crime Compliance(FCC) Transformation & Advisory Lead to provide subject-matter expertise across AML/CFT, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, and broader financial crime risk management.

The role will support regulatory, remediation, and business transformation initiatives by enhancing FCC operating models, governance frameworks, controls, reporting, and service delivery processes. The successful candidate will identify and manage financial crime risks, control gaps,dependencies, and remediation activities across people, processes, technology,data, and third-party services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support FCC governance forums, working groups, and transformation initiatives.
• Design and enhance FCC operating models, policies, controls, reporting, and governance frameworks.
• Provide compliance advisory across products, customer journeys, processes, and technology change.
• Conduct risk assessments and support control design, monitoring, assurance, and thematic reviews.
• Manage regulatory change, remediation activities, audits, and regulatory engagements.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions through appropriate governance channels.
• Prepare clear risk reporting and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Partner with Compliance, Business, Operations, Technology, Data, Legal, and third-party teams.

Required Experience

• Strong experience in Financial Crime Compliance, including AML/CFT, Sanctions, and ABC.
• Background in compliance advisory, risk assessment, control design, governance, and regulatory change.
• Proven experience delivering complex initiatives within a regulated financial services environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business and technology solutions.
