Research & Development Manager

Job Description

1. Responsible for the research and development of the wastewater discharge system (e.g., single stack pipe, water tank, P-trap, floor drain, etc.);

2. Updating product standards, technical specifications, and handling patent-related tasks;

3. Responsible for certification, factory audits, and documentation/manuals related to plastic piping and key products:

- Handle certification and license renewals for various products across different regions;

- Coordinate with Chinese manufacturers to conduct factory audits and related work;

- Collaborate with Chinese manufacturers on R&D and improve product technical manuals.

4. Assist in the promotion of Fast Flow's systems and products:

- Conduct joint market visits and research with the Marketing, Technical Sales, and Product Sales departments to understand market needs and feedback on systems and products;

- Responsible for technical application promotion and technical marketing training;

- Lead the handling of market feedback and quality issues related to Fast FLow products.

Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in product R&D, especially in plumbing or drainage systems (e.g., plastic piping, wastewater systems).

3. Familiarity with wastewater discharge systems (e.g., single stack systems, water tanks, P-traps, floor drains).

4. Willing to travel frequently to China for workshop visit, audit and certification.

5. Strong sense of responsibility and results orientated.
