Job Summary

You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on air-conditioning and ventilation systems, ensuring safety compliance and accurate service documentation while responding to client complaints and troubleshooting issues on site.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on ACMV equipment to ensure optimal operation and longevity
• Follow all safety procedures strictly during maintenance and repair tasks to maintain a safe work environment
• Document service reports accurately for all maintenance and repair activities to support quality tracking
• Respond promptly to complaints related to building air-conditioning and ventilation systems to resolve issues efficiently
• Troubleshoot and rectify equipment issues on site to restore system functionality quickly
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties assigned to support team operations and client satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience servicing single/multi split units and VRV systems, demonstrating technical proficiency
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driver’s License to travel to various job sites safely and legally
