Technical Services Support (Central/6 Month Contract/Up to $2800)

Role Summary

The Technical Services Support provides administrative and technical support to the Technical Services team, ensuring smooth management of service notifications,replacement cases, and customer enquiries. The role supports after-sales service operations through effective coordination, documentation, data management, and occasional participation in site visits, contributing to a high standard of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Services team with administrative and technical coordination tasks.
• Manage and process Service Notifications (SN) and replacement cases for the Singapore market.
• Respond to simple technical enquiries received via C4C (Customer Relationship Management System).
• Coordinate DHL replacement shipments and maintain status updates in Excel tracking files.
• Assist with documentation, data entry, filing, and other technical-related paperwork.
• Accompany the Technical Services team on site visits when required.
• Support ad hoc projects and operational tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills & Competencies

• Technical or Mechanical Engineering background preferred.
• Possess ITC (Institute of Technical Certification), Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Basic understanding of mechanical products, troubleshooting, or technical documentation.
• Comfortable working with CRM and service management systems to manage customer cases, track service requests, maintain accurate records, and generate reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to perform both office-based support and occasional site visits.
