[Gov] Admin Executive (Grant & Digitalization)

Contract Period: ASAP till Feb 2027
Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am - 6.00pm, Fri: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Location: Central region

Key Responsibilities

• Support the digitalization of a grant scheme and the onboarding/adoption of a new mobile application.
• Utilize Whole-of-Government (WOG) digital tools and support testing of relevant use cases.
• Track records, issues and user feedback, ensuring follow-ups are properly documented.
• Coordinate training and engagement sessions, including the preparation of training materials and user guides.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for digitalization and adoption initiatives, along with other duties assigned by Senior Officers.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualifications with experience in administration, programme coordination or digitalization support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Good administrative and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and as part of a team.
