Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking

A leading international bank is looking for a results-driven Relationship Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of commercial banking clients.

The Role

• Acquire, grow and retain profitable SME clients within approved risk appetite
• Build tailored account plans and structure credit facilities to meet client needs
• Cross-sell Trade Finance, Cash Management, Lending, FX and Wealth solutions
• Prepare credit proposals and annual reviews; partner closely with Credit on lending quality
• Maintain strong AML/KYC/CDD discipline and escalate issues promptly
• Deliver against sales/revenue targets while raising portfolio and process efficiency

What You Bring

• 5+years in Commercial Banking, with a track record of new client acquisition and portfolio growth
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Strong credit assessment and financial analysis skills across Trade, Cash Management, FX and Wealth
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships while balancing growth with risk discipline
• Solid grasp of AML/KYC/regulatory requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management across Credit, Risk, Compliance and Product
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and relevant industry trends.
