DISHWASHER
About this job
Ensures that dishes, utensils and pots are clean at the end of the work shift and ready for the next shift. He/she also ensures the kitchen equipment and structure is maintained in safe and good working order at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Wash the dishes, pots, glassware, utensils and other cutleries properly
- Maintain the work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer
- Remove all defects items and inform the managers in-charged for restock
- Dispose all garbage
