The Privilege Service Manager partners closely with Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional banking service and support to affluent clients. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day banking requests, ensuring prompt resolution of client enquiries, and delivering a seamless client experience through strong service ownership and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end servicing support to one or more Relationship Managers and their client portfolios.
  • Manage client requests and banking transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, service requests, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal product specialists and support teams to deliver integrated banking solutions.
  • Resolve client complaints and service issues professionally, ensuring satisfactory outcomes and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements, including AML, KYC, FATCA, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with operational and regulatory standards.
  • Support business growth by enhancing client satisfaction, retention, and engagement through quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree, preferably in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3-8 years of client servicing, sales support, banking operations, or relationship support experience within retail, affluent, or wealth banking.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, account servicing, and client onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with AML, KYC, FATCA, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and banking systems.
