CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description & Requirements

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Monitor and oversee the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and tradespeople to ensure compliance with safety regulations, project plans, and quality standards

• Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve any issues that arise

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site

• Participate in the planning and scheduling of construction activities, including resource allocation and task delegation

• Identify and address any challenges or risks that may impact project timelines or budgets, and propose solutions

• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to construction progress, incidents, and performance
