Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage all financial, commercial, and contractual aspects of our construction and engineering projects. You will be responsible for cost control, material measurements, and contract administration from inception to final account settlement to maximize value and minimize risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation & BQ: Prepare initial feasibility cost estimates and draft comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BQ) from engineering drawings.
• Tender Management: Produce tender documentation, evaluate contractor bids, and manage the procurement process.
• Cost Control & Valuations: Conduct regular on-site valuations to certify progress payments and manage monthly project budget reports.
• Variation & Contract Claims: Assess, negotiate, and track variations, scope changes, and contractual claims.
• Final Accounts: Finalize project accounts with main contractors and subcontractors post-completion.
