As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive who is passionate about fitness, enjoys building relationships, and is driven to develop new business and grow sales.

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing suitable fitness equipment solutions to meet customers’ needs.

Your responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and company sales targets.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and customer visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fitness equipment and solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and professional consultations on fitness equipment solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and sales presentations, and follow up closely to convert opportunities into sales.

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and customer enquiries through negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.

• Follow up on sales leads and maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers and projects.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

• Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, delivery, installation, and excellent customer experience.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records and prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.

• Experience in B2B sales, fitness equipment, sports, wellness, or related industries will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of commercial and home fitness equipment will be an advantage.

• Passionate about fitness, wellness, and healthy living.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple sales opportunities, and collaborate effectively with a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
