Job Summary

Oversee and coordinate commercial diving operations to ensure safety, compliance with standards, and operational efficiency in subsea activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all commercial diving operations to ensure safe and efficient execution
• Enforce compliance with IMCA and ADCI standards and relevant safety regulations during all diving activities
• Conduct toolbox meetings, risk assessments, and pre-dive briefings to prepare teams and mitigate risks
• Monitor diving activities continuously to maintain diver safety and respond promptly to any issues
• Maintain accurate dive logs, reports, and operational records for regulatory compliance and project tracking
• Liaise effectively with clients, project managers, and offshore teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Commercial Diving Supervisor certification to legally and professionally oversee diving operations
• Proven experience in offshore, marine, or subsea operations demonstrating capability to manage complex environments
• Strong knowledge of diving safety procedures and regulations to uphold operational safety standards
• Leadership and team management skills to direct and motivate diving teams effectively
• Physical fitness and medical certification for diving operations to ensure capability to perform job duties safely

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in subsea services, ship husbandry, or marine construction to enhance operational versatility
• Familiarity with Singapore and regional offshore projects to support local regulatory and operational knowledge
