Director of Sales

We are seeking a highly experienced and technical Director of Sales to lead and expand our sales team.

This role requires you to have a strong technical understanding of factory automation in Semiconductor and PCBA process. You should also possess good communication skills, able to understand customer requirements and market trends. You are required to actively identify sales opportunities.

Role Responsibilities

· Business Development: Proactively identify sales opportunities and work with customers in identifying operation challenges and future expansion plans.

Experience & Skills

· Strong command of spoken and written English.

· Ability to communicate in Japanese / Korean will be an added advantage.

· Able to identify new market opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives.

· Develop and maintain strategic customer & vendor relationships, and meeting long term revenue growth.

· Experience with factory automation process in semiconductor and PCBA industry.

· Familiar with automation hardware and software solutions.

· Able to recommend solutions to customer production requirements by working with the service and sales team.

· Strong understanding of smart manufacturing trends, Industry 4.0initiatives, and factory digitalization roadmaps.
