Job Description

Vendor Management

• Manage MSD clearances for vendors
• Manage AUP/OSA signing for vendor annually.
• Manage vendor onboarding and exit clearances

Asset and Account Management

• Manage issuance and collection of project laptops
• Coordination and management of laptop issues with the help of 3rd party laptop vendor.
• Manage provisioning and deprovisioning of all accounts used by OneNS project

Project and O&S activities

• Perform minute taking for project meetings
• Monitoring of O&S routine activities and timeline

Job Requirements

• - Tertiary qualification (at least diploma )
• - Proficient with MS Office products like Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• - Ability to carry out simple reporting and data analytics.
• - Ability to work comfortably with people outside of the existing project team.
