Business Development Manager

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across Singapore

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers in engineering, Construction Industrial sectors.

• Conduct customer visits to understand their requirements and recommend suitable technical and industrial solutions.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations together with the internal sales support team.

• Maintain accurate sales activities and customer records

• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand the customer portfolio.

• Increases sales revenue through strategic development initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business and technical and engineering discipline.

• Minimum 2-4 years of Business Development or Technical Sales experience.

• Experience selling technical or industrial solutions to construction or engineering customers.

• Strong hunter mindset with proven success in developing new business.

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Experience using CRM systems will be an advantage.

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence good to have.
