Account Assistant

ob Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and administrative duties.
• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and assist with monthly closing.
• Assist with payroll preparation and related administrative work.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on accounts receivable.
• Assist with GST submissions and other accounting matters.
• Maintain proper filing of financial and company documents.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, banks and other parties when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Familiar with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous, responsible and organised.
• Singapore work experience is preferred.
