Programme Coordinator - 1 year (Regional, 4k)

Join a leading global company in the fragrance and beauty industry as a Programme Coordinator. You will support the coordination of a regional sales training programme across APAC, working closely with the HR Director, sales leaders and internal specialists.

Salary: Up to $4,000 per month + 1 month bonus

Contract Period: 12 months - Project support (Non-extendable)

Regional Coverage: Asia-Pacific

Working hours: 830am to 530pm

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate sales training activities across the APAC region.
• Arrange programme schedules, meetings, materials and onsite logistics.
• Follow up with regional stakeholders on outstanding information and deliverables.
• Gather input from sales leaders and internal specialists for programme materials.
• Organise and update training guides, presentation decks and onboarding resources.
• Monitor project timelines and provide regular progress updates.
• Collect participant feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide general administrative support throughout the programme.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in programme coordination, project support, training administration, learning and development, sales support or a related function.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Office applications.
• Able to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Willing to provide onsite coordination when required.
