Architect Assistant

What You'll Do

• Provide architectural assistance to architects in developing construction plans.
• Prepare and develop layouts, elevations, cross sections in construction drawings.
• Assist and support architectural teams in research and develop design and product solutions.
• Maintain all architectural drawings, plans, client specifications and survey notes in organized manner.
• Ensure compliance of all architectural guidelines and standards.
• Attend meeting and liaise with clients/consultants/contractors to coordinate project details.
• Work collaboratively with team members and clients to create and implement a project’s design.

Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
• Knowledge of BIM software including AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe etc.
• Knowledge in building codes and regulatory standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• At least 1 year experience
