Key Account Executive

• Position: Key Account Executive

• Location: Pasir Panjang (walking distance from Pasir Panjang MRT)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Food products supplier

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned modern-trade accounts and build strong relationships with buyers and outlet personnel.

• Deliver agreed sales volume and account-growth targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop account strategies.

• Present and propose new-product listings to supermarket chains and support product launches.

• Plan and submit promotional proposals and trade activities.

• Monitor stock ordering, replenishment and product availability across assigned accounts.

• Lead and coordinate merchandisers to ensure effective outlet visitation, product displays and visual merchandising.

• Identify opportunities to expand product visibility and shelf/display presence.

• Negotiate commercial agreements and maintain accurate sales records.

• Analyse sales performance, competitor pricing, promotional activities and customer feedback.

• Work closely with Marketing, Purchasing and Operations to support account execution.

• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve operational or service issues promptly.

• Prepare regular account and sales-performance updates for the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.

• At least two years of relevant FMCG sales experience, including hands-on Modern Trade account management.

• Experience dealing with supermarket chains, retailers or major consumer accounts is required.

• Comfortable travelling to assigned customer and outlet locations within Singapore.

• Strong negotiation, account-management and communication skills.

• Able to analyse sales performance, competitor activities and customer trends.

• Experience supervising merchandisers would be advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
