Business Development & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive, driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to help expand our client base and support recruitment operations. In this role, you will bridge client acquisition with candidate placement, identifying business opportunities, conducting outreach, and collaborating closely with our operations team to match top talent with the right roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Outreach: Identify leads, conduct cold calls, and actively prospect new corporate clients.

• Relationship Management: Liaise with and build strong, long-term relationships with new, potential, and existing clients.

• Operations & Candidate Matching: Coordinate with the internal operations team to understand staffing needs and match suitable candidates with client requirements.

• Workflow & Process Improvement: Generate and execute creative ideas to improve daily workflows, recruitment processes, and marketing outreach.

• Account Servicing: Address client queries promptly and ensure smooth service delivery across all accounts.

Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum ITE Nitec / Higher Nitec or equivalent.

• Licensing: Possession of a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI Basic) is an advantage, but not compulsory (candidates without CEI are welcome to apply).

• Skills & Work Style:

  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and takes personal initiative.

  • Comfortable with cold-calling and outbound prospecting.

  • Thrives on challenges and works well under pressure and target deadlines.

  • Keen to engage in continuous learning and professional development.

• Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
