Job Description / Duties:

• Manage daily operations of the furniture manufacturing company.
• Plan and supervise production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines.
• Oversee the production of wooden furniture, fixtures and related products.
• Manage and coordinate production workers and assign daily tasks.
• Monitor product quality and ensure production meets company standards.
• Control raw materials, stock levels and production costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and contractors when required.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and order requirements.
• Monitor overall business performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
