Inside Sales Executive

Main task and responsibilities are:

• Update/ maintain Statement of Work (SOW) for fixture fabrication

• Update/ maintain Statement of Work (SOW) for programme development

• Update/ maintain SOW for each customers for production use. Constantly update any changes from customers and develop SOW for new customers

• Update/ maintain production schedule spread sheet for Vayo Pro, drilling, milling, wiring, assembly test, document process etc

• Assist in generating quotations promptly

• Perform inside sales function and communicate with customers timely

• Maintain customers’ satisfaction

• Process cad using Vayo Pro

• Any adhoc activities as required by Management

Requirements

* Academic background of electronics is preferred

* Knowledge of CAD processing software preferably VayoPro is added advantage

* Proficiency Microsoft Office suite (Excel / Word / Power Point)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer needs

* Passion for continuous learning and a commitment to professional development
