Job Summary

You will manage daily order entry and quotations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth customer communication to support timely and accurate order processing and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Enter incoming orders and quotations daily to maintain accurate sales records
• Conduct inventory checks to ensure stock meets order requirements
• Maintain regular customer contact to facilitate smooth order and quotation processing
• Identify and report unusual customer ordering patterns promptly to Sales and Procurement teams
• Process administrative tasks including managing emails, phone calls, and logging messages in the system
• Resolve order processing and departmental queries independently, consulting supervisors as needed
• Deliver accurate and complete data to subsequent departments to support optimal delivery processes
• Follow HSQE system procedures and instructions to maintain compliance and safety standards
• Make decisions and take actions within defined task scope to support operational efficiency
• Act with determination by identifying risks and taking effective corrective actions
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and ambition by committing fully to achieving top performance
• Manage pressure effectively by performing well under challenging conditions and seeking support when necessary
