📌 Job Summary
We are seeking a QA Engineer to ensure product and process quality in a manufacturing environment. The role involves in house quality control, supplier process audits in Johor, and continuous improvement activities.
🔧Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with standards
- Perform in-house quality inspection
- Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective/preventive actions (8D)
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
- Perform process audits at subcontractors in Johor, Malaysia
🎯Requirements
- 2–3 years QA experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of quality tools: 8D
- Experience handling non-conformance and disposition decisions
- Willing to travel to Johor for supplier audits
- Strong analytical and communication skills
