SUPERVISOR

Supervise and coordinate the daily food production and processing activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Supervise production workers and assign duties according to production requirements.

Ensure food products are prepared, processed, packed and stored according to company procedures and quality standards.

Monitor the quality, freshness and consistency of raw materials and finished food products.

Ensure all production areas, equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained in accordance with food hygiene and safety requirements.

Conduct regular checks on production processes and identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

Monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials and production supplies, and report shortages to management.

Coordinate with management on production planning, manpower requirements and operational matters.

Maintain daily production records, inventory records and other relevant documentation.

Assist management in implementing improvements to production efficiency, product quality and workplace safety.

Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the management.

Willingness to work night shift and split shift.

Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
