- An undergraduate degree in business-related or IT-related fields
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis/Product Management, preferably within the asset management/investment industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- User-centric mindset with knowledge of service design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, timelines, testing, and system implementations/enhancements.
- Experience developing and maintaining user guides and system documentation.
- Strong ownership, adaptability, and growth mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of investment platforms such as Murex, SimCorp Dimension, BlackRock Aladdin, or Charles River.
- Understanding of front-to-back public markets workflows, particularly Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange (FX).
