SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN

Responsibilities

• Managing daily on-site activities, including coordinating subcontractors, in house construction workers, and materials.

• Enforcing health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring a safe working environment.

• Tracking expenses, controlling costs, and adhering to project timelines to avoid delays.

• Ensuring all construction work meets design specifications, quality standards, and building regulations.

• Preparing progress reports, checking drawings, and maintaining records.

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers.

Requirements

• Experience in construction management or as a site supervisor. Minimum 10yrs experience in Singapore Construction. Condo project experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Strong hands-on experience required.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Able to handle in house construction workers team.
