Mystery Shopper/Auditor

About the Role

We are seeking meticulous and reliable Freelance Auditors to conduct on-site compliance checks for our client’s community fitness programs. Your primary goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of participants by verifying that instructors meet critical health and safety standards.

You will act as the "eyes and ears" of our client, visiting various community exercise sessions to audit equipment, credentials, and environmental factors.

Multiple locations around Singapore and various timings at your convenience.

Get paid $25 per 1hr session.

Key Responsibilities

As a freelance auditor, you will be responsible for the following checks during each session:

1. Instructor Credential Verification

• Request and visually verify the physical or digital certification of the instructor’s First-Aid and CPR certification.

• Confirm that the certification is currently valid (not expired) and matches the instructor's ID.

• Document the certification details (Issuing body, expiry date) via a mobile form/photos.

2. Emergency Equipment & Safety Checks

• First Aid Kit: Inspect the instructor's first aid kit to ensure it is fully stocked and accessible at the venue.

• AED Location: Identify the nearest Automated External Defibrillator (AED) machine to the exercise location. Confirm the instructor knows its exact location and the quickest route to retrieve it.

3. Environmental & Health Monitoring

• Noise Level Testing: Use a decibel meter app (to be provided/approved by us) to measure the volume of the music played during the session.

• Ensure the music does not exceed the client’s safe decibel threshold (e.g., 85-90 dB) to prevent hearing damage to participants.

4. Reporting

• Complete a standardized digital audit report immediately following the session.

• Upload photographic evidence (e.g., of the First Aid kit, AED location, and decibel reading).

• Flag any "red flag" non-compliance issues (expired certs, missing kits) to the project manager within 1 hour of the audit.
