Operations & Sales Manager

Role Overview

Lead day-to-day workshop operations while driving front-end revenue. This role oversees customer inquiries, vehicle inspections, sales consultations, team scheduling, and quality assurance for vinyl wraps, paint protection film (PPF), and detailing services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Handle inbound inquiries across WhatsApp, social media, phone, and walk-ins.

• Perform vehicle walk-arounds, assess paint condition, recommend suitable film options (vinyl color change, satin/gloss PPF, ceramic coating), and close sales.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and payment receipts; manage upselling and package cross-selling.

• Build partnerships with car dealerships, fleet owners, automotive clubs, and corporate accounts.

• Monitor monthly sales targets and run targeted promotions or seasonal campaigns.

Operations & Workshop Management

• Schedule installations and manage daily job allocations across vehicle wrappers and prep technicians.

• Enforce strict quality control standards at prep, disassembly, application, and final curing stages before customer handover.

• Manage raw material inventory (vinyl rolls, PPF, tint films, tools, cleaning solutions) and minimize material wastage.

• Coordinate vehicle intake and handover protocols, including pre-job and post-job photographic inspection reports.

• Maintain workplace cleanliness, dust-free installation bays, and workshop safety standards.

Team Leadership & Customer Service

• Supervise, mentor, and track performance of wrap installers and detailing crew.

• Resolve customer feedback, warranty claims, and aftercare questions professionally.

• Oversee aftercare briefings and follow-up schedules to maximize repeat business and referral rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, service advising, or operations within the automotive aftermarket, car wrapping, PPF, or detailing sector.

• Solid technical understanding of vinyl wrap films (e.g., 3M, Avery Dennison, Inozetek) and PPF applications.

• Strong communication and closing skills; customer-service oriented with high attention to detail.

• Able to manage job flow in a fast-paced workshop environment.

• Valid driver's license (comfortable handling various passenger and performance vehicles).
