HR Admin Assistant (Part Time)

Perform general administrative and operational support tasks to ensure smooth office and site functions, including document management, supplier communication, and order processing based on managerial instructions.

Responsibilities

• Apply Work Permits in Construction industry
• Organise and file documents to maintain accurate and accessible records
• Enter and update data to ensure current and reliable information management
• Manage invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and related documents for efficient processing
• Verify prices, availability, and delivery schedules with suppliers to support timely procurement
• Place purchase orders following Manager’s instructions to meet company supply needs
• Procure office, site, and company supplies to maintain operational readiness
• Handle courier and postal tasks to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of materials
• Communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers and other parties via phone, email, or WhatsApp
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed to facilitate daily business activities
