Policy Servicing Executive – Life Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Support daily policy servicing operations and monitor team performance.
• Ensure team KPIs, productivity targets and service standards are achieved.
• Handle escalated customer enquiries, complaints and complex policy servicing issues.
• Work with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and resolve policy-related matters.
• Identify process gaps and implement service and workflow improvements.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Analyse reports and operational data to identify areas for optimisation.
• Participate in system enhancements, projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry developments and best practices in life insurance servicing.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in policy servicing within the life insurance industry is preferred.
• Good understanding of life insurance operations and customer servicing processes.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
