About this job
Our client, a Leading Prestigious International law firm is seeking for a detail-oriented Legal Secretary with related secretarial experience, for their growing outfit.
Location: Central Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides high level of administrative, legal support to fee-earners
- Filing of corporate documents
- Manage end-to-end monthly billing cycles
- Coordinate complex schedules and scheduling of client meetings
- Manage ravel itineraries
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance protocols
- Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the practice group assigned
Requirements:
- Possess 3 to 5 years of legal secretarial experience, working for a local or international outfit
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal document management systems
- Proficiency with documentation and legal billing software
- High level of discretion, strong prioritization under tight deal deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
